Refund policy

All items purchased are shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. 

You can return any undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. To start a return please contact our customer service team: info@pro-tech.uk whom will provide you with an RMA number for the return.

 

Warranty

All our products comes with a 12 months warranty.

If your product develops a fault under normal wear and tear within 12 months of purchase, we will send a replacement out to you.
